Sri Myneni, CEO
Mr. Myneni, CEO of KnoahSoft, has more than 16 years of senior management experience with major corporations in diverse areas like Enterprise Database Management, Secure Networking, CRM, and eCRM with major emphasis in Customer Management, Product Management, Business Development and Software Development. Mr. Myneni also served as VP of Strategic Customers and Alliances for eGain, where he played a key role in signing multi-million dollar deals with companies including AOL, Schwab, AT&T, Verizon and 3Com. Additionally, he was instrumental in growing eGain from a fledgling company to the eCRM market leader with more than 700 employees.
Prior to eGain, Mr. Myneni held senior business development and management roles addressing both domestic and international markets at Motorola's Information Systems Division. He also held senior technical and business positions at Bull HN Information Systems and TekNow Inc. Mr. Myneni holds an MBA from ThunderBird, an MSCS from ASU, and a BSCS from Nagarjuna University.
Ralph Barletta, President
Mr. Barletta has more than 16 years of experience in the knowledge management and eCRM industries, helping Fortune 1000 companies successfully deploy these key technologies in their large call centers. Mr. Barletta previously served as Product Evangelist for eGain's Knowledge Products, responsible for product architecture in addition to sales, marketing and consulting.
Prior to eGain, Mr. Barletta spent five years with Inference Corp., serving in a variety of roles and finishing as President of the k-Commerce Support Division, where he was responsible for the $25 mil. worldwide knowledge management product line and a staff of 100 people. He spent the previous 10 years in research, development, and consulting in the case-based reasoning, knowledge management and artificial intelligence fields. Mr. Barletta holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Computer Science, both from Rutgers University.
Walter Kenrich, Vice President of Marketing and Product Management
Mr. Kenrich has over 15 years of product development and marketing experience for domestic and international VoIP and contact center solutions. At KnoahSoft, Mr. Kenrich is responsible for the strategic product direction and overall product marketing. Prior to KnoahSoft, Mr. Kenrich was Vice President of Product Management at Vertical Communications responsible for the product development and marketing on their small and medium sized business IP-PBX product lines. In addition, Mr. Kenrich drove the strategic direction for Vertical's award winning business communication applications.
Previously, Mr. Kenrich held senior product management roles at Cisco Systems focusing on IP-based contact centers, network level call routing and multi-media applications. He has also held senior level positions in product management and application consulting at Webline, GTE Internetworking and EDS. Walter earned a bachelor's degree from Tulane University and his masters' degree from George Mason University.
Virinchi Garimella, Vice President of Product Engineering
Mr. Garimella has close to 12 years of experience in the field of Software development, working in various domains like Healthcare, Supply-chain Management, Transportation Eng., IVR and CRM. At KnoahSoft his responsibilities include Program management, Client management, and Product development. He is also responsible in recommending and implementing new technology initiatives. He is the chief architect for the KnoahSoft product. Prior to joining KnoahSoft, he was the Technical Architect for an enterprise health care web portal developed for NCI (National Cancer Institute) located at Bethesda, MD, USA.
Previously, he worked for Oracle Corporation and other Organizations and gained extensive knowledge and experience on overall Software development lifecycle and methodologies. Mr. Garimella holds an MS in Systems Engineering from PSU, USA and BS from Osmania University, India.
Payam Keyhantaj, Director - Business Development
Mr. Keyhantaj has more than 10 years of sales and business development experience in the OEM, Direct, and Channel markets. Mr. Keyhantaj has worked with industry leaders in the telecom, data, and software fields, including SBC, Dantz Development, Sendmail Inc, and Harbinger Corporation.
Mr. Keyhantaj holds a BA in business administration from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
