Testing Engineer (Hyderabad, India)

Position Summary

The Testing Engineer is responsible to verify and validate web and C++ based applications and ensure that the product operates as designed. S/he should be able to develop test cases and document and report on progress of testing. Should be able to write test plans under direction from managers.

Main Duties / Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for testing small to medium applications of the product.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for functional testing and performance/load/scalability testing
  • Execute the test plan, providing intermediate progress and exception reports to managers and project leads.
  • Tests software releases during the product development.
  • Reports test results and enter problems and issues into the bug database. Monitors And updates bug reports as needed including bug report closure.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible to create install guides, technical papers, user guides, admin guides, product training material, online help etc. S/he need to work closely with all departments in the planning and development of the product documentation. S/he should own the overall product documentation and ensure that the quality, technical accuracy and customer focus are maintained in the deliverables.

He/she will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside energetic software developers, QA engineers and support engineers.

Solution Consultants are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Position Summary/Job Description:

This role is responsible for all aspects of developing enterprise level C++ based applications, integrating with the VOIP, CRM tools for the KnoahSoft product suite which is used extensively by contact centers industry for tracking agent performances and meeting the other compliance requirements.

Main Duties / Key Responsibilities
  • Write legendary, high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Analyze, propose and develop solutions for our product
  • Communicate effectively with other teams inside and outside engineering
  • Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and help recruit top tier talent
  • Monitors all source code changes using standard source control (SVN)
  • Assists analysts in understanding how code changes affect the applications
  • Demonstrates and applies a knowledge and understanding of development tools as a senior developer

Position Summary:

The Shift Lead - Support is responsible to manage the shift/team and supervise and support all customer issues related to product support, installation, and professional services of the product with the goal of ensuring maximum reliability and customer satisfaction. Would need to provide support for installation, troubleshooting, training, maintenance of product.

  • Product Installations - Manages the installation and configuration of the product at customer locations
